There are now digital facsimiles of El Maestro that can be downloaded here and there, including one on this site taken from the National Library of Spain's digital collection. These transcriptions by Göran Crona only contain the fantasias and tentos, not the dances or songs and sonnets. I merely converted them to DjangoTab from their original tab format and take responsibility for any mistake they might contain.
